As some of you know, I've begun a new path. As you all can see, I haven't given up by far. I did run into some road blocks, but I've gone around those blocks. It has also given me a needed break, time to really dive deep into my sole, and what is it that I want, and ok, then what is getting in the way. Work was one of the big ones getting in the way. Discouragement was another thing getting in the way. Staying the same for sooo long and knowing that I was doing well really brought on frustration. Trying to figure out what it was that I was doing wrong or right. Still really don't have that answer, except I know that my water declined as I got discouraged. My fiber declined, my protein was never where it should be. I know that those 3 things are really important to reaching my goals. So that created my 3 goals. Now it was time to create a plan on how to do this.

Now it was time to put that into action. I have spent the last week, really focusing on it, then it gave me my momentum for this week. I am totally on track with the three. Tomorrow is my weigh in. I am a little nervous about it, but I will get on that new scale and see where I am at.
The plan definitely is working as far as succeeding in the three goals of Water, Fiber, and Protein. I am going to work on doing this tomorrow and start of new week. I am going to give it a try through October and see what changes take place. I pray and hope my scale will start to finally move downward. After I am down 10 pounds, I want to go in and have my cholesterol re-checked. I will be curious as to where my numbers are at.
