Well, I am still motivated to stay on track and be healthy but I think I need a little extra motivator to keep me on track.
I think setting small goals and giving little non-food rewards is what I'd like to do. BUT, I am stuck on ideas for the rewards. I don't read books due to vision problems and I do get manicures every now and then because of my job (I work closely with patients and show them things thus using my hands like Vannah White!). So, I'm stuck. Can anyone help me, please?
