Ok, I've actually done the 12 min kettlebell w/o TWICE this week.....Again it kicked my a$$! I still don't think I've got the form quite right, but i'll continue working on it, and hopefully in the next few sessions I'll notice some improvement....I'll also be starting the Abs Diet(for Women ) on Monday 9/29(along with a friend of mine, so we can both be accountable for one another) and will update my progress here every two weeks for 6 wks....If you don't have the book, get it or rent it from your local library!! It's full of valuable info!
