I just signed up for a water aerobics class that starts in a few weeks (Oct 21). I am looking forward to this, because it is something new to me. It was very affordable, so I decided to try it. My good friend is supposed to do it with me and I hope that she doesn't back out, but I will go no matter what she does. I am not to good about doing upper body exercises on my own, so I'm sure this will help exercise some new muscles. It will be nice just to get out of the house a couple nights a week and get a fun, new workout!
