Get on the ball

I have been wanting to order Chalene Johnson's Get on the Ball dvd workout for a while now. I think I may actually get it ordered. With fall and winter coming I will be in the house more and will use my equipemnt downstairs more than being outside. Sounds like a good time to get it ordered.

I am realising that I enjoy stretching and strength training more as time goes on. I used to feel that stretching was such a waste of time, but I have learned to truly enjoy it. The strength trainig I really enjoy more and more. Although I must admit cardio is still my favorite thing to do.

    Hi Peggi,
I'm going to do the Chalene Johnson's ball workout this weekend.
We're having rain all weekend here in NY, so I figured I'd do this ball workout. I haven't done this in a long time & I think it will be fun for a change. Have a nice weekend Peggi.

Stability ball workouts are the best, I've been using the ball for so many different exercises. I use the ball for my strength training instead of a bench, which I don't own. I do my crunches on it also. It's also good for cardio workouts. Chalene Johnson 's DVD is terrific.
That's what I do in the winter time also, use the DVD's. I save these exercise for the winter to do. Peggi, I'm sure you'll like the DVD, & what I like , is that it doesn't take up much room.

    I am chagrined to really acknowledge how off my strength training I have been!! A bit Wed, and will try again this weekend--but hearing the positives from you helps tons!!

How is your cholesterol coming? Did the niacin help?

And ps--where was that picture taken, a few blogs back, of you at what looks like a cool old house?
