BFL Week 3

I'm still sticking with the BFL. I've fallen off the wagon a few times, but I just get right back on and keep going. I'm not strictly following the recipes. I'm eating other foods too, but they are healthy and if I eat something not healthy I just eat smaller portions. I had friend chicken last nite, but just 1 leg and a roll. I ate all veggies other than that.
