lesson 7: bite off a big bite, then chew!

I don't seem to do well without a big goal... my new big goal is to run a marathon inJanuary 2009. This willbe my second but this time I want to do more than just plain finish.. I want to actually track my time... So that's my awfully big bite I have taken.. and now I have to chew slowly and get all the pieces in the right place... wish me luck!!

    you know i have discovered the same thing with myself ! i feel as though when i set a big goal for myself even if it seems out of reach i do better !

    right now i would love to be able to finish a marathon, so congrats on that ! i just began jogging a few weeks sure you will do awesome on your next run !
