Picture Above: Dedicated to all of my Black Panther Team mates!
Ok, so I don't think I am going to be able to blog every day! It is amazing how quickly I am learning that I can't participate in all of the SP daily activities I want to. I am having a hard enough time finding enough time to compete the items in my sparkpoints daily list, keep up with the 3 sparkteams I am currently participating in (I'm still keeping the other sparkteams...I just can't participate with all of them right now) and log my daily meals and exercise. Wow!
But it sure is worth it! I am so glad that I joined SP and I am so glad that I am losing weight! I thought for sure that I was going to show on the scale as gaining weight for this week because I usually put on about 5 lbs around my TOM. I was so pleasantly surprised to show a loss of 2 lbs. Next weeks weigh in should be real interesting! I am looking forward to it.
Everything is going great at home. My oldest son, Cody and my youngest son, Brian are both playing football. It gets a bit nerve racking sometimes (not wanting them to get hurt), but they both love it. My middle son, Darius continues to keep his head stuck in books (I can't believe he use to be the one I had to force to read to me when he was in elementary school). My daughter, Faith is going to turn 3 yrs old on 9/21. She is so excited!
I received my packet of info from ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) today. I have decided that I am going to become a certified personal trainer! I just have to figure out the details including when I want to start the program. It makes so much since for me because once I achieve my goals I want to make sure to maintain my success and be able to share it with others. God willing, perhaps I can help others to achiever their goals as well. I have always been athletic. I use to teach dance (tap, jazz and ballet). I also use to do Tae Kwon Do. And of course want to go back and complete my black belt. It just makes perfect since for me to have a career in the fitness world! This is going to be quite a ride!
Well, it is getting late so I better go for now! Thank you for reading my blog and sharing my journey with me!
