Now that we're back to preschool, work, gymnastics, etc it feels like the days are flying by! The good news about this is that I find it much easier to eat properly when we are really busy, the bad news is that it is difficult to fit in the exercise. Right now I'm not supposed to do much "bouncing" anyway.. but I need to start thinking ahead to the end of the month and when I'm going to get in my cardio.
Plus with the house all torn apart for moving my treadmill is in the garage. I'll have to see if it's possible to plug it in in the garage.
