This past week I finally worked back up to 5 days a week of 30 minutes of exercise. It feels so good to finally feel like I'm getting back to my old self since giving birth 6+ weeks ago. I go see the Dr. tomorrow for my six week check up and to set up my appt. to get my tubes tied.
I'm going to slowly work my way back up to 1 1/2 hours of exercise 7x a week. Each week I'm going to add another day, so next week wil be 6 days and 7 the week after that. Then I will begin adding in half hour incriments another workout to each day, each week. By 11/3 we will be up to 1 hour 7 days a week. By then we will be able to add another half hor to the mix. By 12/22 I'll be back to where we were at prepregnancy. I've got it all figured out. Now all I have to do is do it!!
