Good afternoon. I'm 60+ years. Need bone barring exercises for osteoporosis; also some that won't bother my back too much.
Light aerobics, band exercises, Walk Away the Pounds video, a little bit of Richard Simon's, Isometrics for lower back and glut's;..keep some of my nerves desensitized (every day).
Love a great variety of music. Read, knit and crochet when arthritis isn't acting up.
Have 3 grown and married sons and 4 beautiful grandchildren. They all love to play sports.
DH and I will celebrate 48 years of marriage in a couple of weeks.
