I'm a nut in a rut.

My kids have been singing that all morning. It's how I feel right now.

weigh in yesterday was 189.5... I'm 3 pounds behing my goal. :(

Yesterday I didn't even log on. I was busy all morning, in town all day, then busy all evening. I also don't feel very well, and still not feeling well today.

I didn't eat great yesterday. While cals were in check, carbs were up, but oddly enuf, the net carbs came in at 19. I was surprised when I logged it all in just a few minutes ago. Anyhow, I didn't exercise yesterday but the strangest thing of all for me is that I didn't drink ANY water. I drank coffee in the morning, avoided water during my town trip, and then drank pop last night. I bet that's why I feel so bad. I may be dehydrated some. Anyhow, I plan on getting back "with it"... yesterday was just a funk, and today doesn't feel much better. **sigh**

I'll get better and them be back to catch up on all my emails and posts.

We all experience spark funks every now and then. Don't sweat it, just remember that the lifestyle you've begun is here to stay.

    Let's not focus on being "3 pounds behing my goal." Sorry, I know what you meant... and I didn't want to be charged with misquoting you. LOL Anyway... yeah, so let's not focus on that... let's focus on doing what we need to do... like drinking water... because I bet you're right... your body probably was dehydrated and would have preferred water... and if your coffee and soda had caffeine then it only made you more dehydrate... so yeah... you're doing great... you're thinking of your goals and accomplishing them... you're still in it to win it... but get your water in and try to make that exercise HAPPEN. I'm here to kick you're but... because I LOVE YOU!

    The lack of water could have held you back from your goal ,too. It just amazes me what stalls the scale. A lot of times its things you think it would be the other way around!

    There ya go, get back in that saddle. We all have a bad day or two now and then. The trick to staying focused is gettin up brushin yourself off and get back in the saddle (as we say in TX). emoticon emoticon

    I know just how you's being too busy and neglecting us!! Hang in there, dear. I think you're doing fabulous...being off one day just helps us realize how great it is to be ON track!! AND...3 pounds from your goal?? I'd say that's awesome! You'll be there before you know it. Then you can keep going on toward the next goal. You'll get there dear, you will!!!
