    Hitting people in the pocket book...maybe the incentive they need to become healthier. But is this going to be the case for people that smoke or drink excessively or have some other compulsive disorder? I guess I should read the article first.

    I heard about this....hmmm...i'm just not sure about how this is going to work out. Yes people should try losing weight...but some people just can't.

i just don't know....
