I can lose weight!!

Since I last blogged, I have been stalled at the scale--not sure why--have done the exercise, drinking the water, eating right--at least I thought so!! Then I got out my measuring cup and decided to use my little food scale and found out that I had been eating more than I really should--it does pay to use those cool weight loss gadgets we buy!!!!! Anyway, I am down 2# and am really happy about that!!! I continue to visualize a new me, slim and healthy and feeling great!!! We are all so worth it!! I am eating just to be satisfied--not stuffed--wow--that is a wonderful feeling! Try it--you just might lose some weight!!!! I hope you all have a blessed day--make it so! emoticon

    Aha...the secret. I was doing great with measuring for a while, and have gone back to "eyeing" it. Since I have hit a plateau...maybe I need to get back to this too.

    I shall follow in your footsteps. Even a small loss is a great loss. I am only weighing once a month. I'm so proud of you, honey! If you are over 40 remember our metabolism systems is slower. Keep up the good work

    Oh, i am so happy for you!!1! You go girl! You have learned what works for you and you are making it happen!!!! GOOD FOR YOU. if you find that you are having the same problem, and you are doing everything right, try doing some different exercises. Or keep doing the same exercises and add an hour or a half an hour to your routine. This maybe advice that you don't need, but I really want you to succeed. Keep up the GOOD work, you are doing an excellent job! emoticon emoticon
