Ok...it has been over 3 weeks and my routine is doing much better. I have been eating much better and getting my cardio in. Unfortunately I enjoy jogging outside and it has been raining for 5 days straight because of the hurricane. I haven't been getting in as much exercise as I want too but I'm not too discouraged. I am TERRIFIED to get on the scale. It can either make or break me. If it hasn't moved I will just go bananas! I don't think I can take the disappointment if I haven't lost at least a couple of pounds. Anyone else scared to get on the scale?????
