Good Day

Wednesday, September 03, 2008

Yes, yes, I am having another good day! Again today, I woke up at 7 to exercise. I (briskly) walked to the local supermarket to pick up 3 days worth of healthy lunches. I always stick w/ lean cuisines or smart ones for lunch. I'm sure there's tons of better options out there, but I like the calorie/fat contents and they're oh so quick and easy. I also got some apples and bananas for snacks. I don't know why (probably my lousy week last week) but I am super motivated right now and I hope I can hold on to this feeling.

Day 2 of working later is still working out for me...more sleep, more time to exercise, WAY quicker commute home (10 min instead of 45)! Tonight I'm going to eat dinner w/ the family, finish some laundry, borrow their vaccum, come home to clean, pack, and maybe some strength exercises. Hopefully I can make it all happen again tomorrow!

You are doing great and it is true that sometimes having a bad week can motivate us to really get with it. I am glad that is what you did. I hope you can accomplish your goals this week and I am glad your commute is shorter.
