This is the start of my 2nd week with Spark and I'm loving it! My first full week of Spark I lost 3lbs. That's huge for me and I know that I can and will do better. So, I've decided to set some goals:
1. Drink water - at least 8 -12 per day
2. Exercise at least 3 - 5 per week (huge challenge)
3. Walk 2X per week (30 -45)
4. Drink 1 - 2 sodas per week (eventually down to zero)
5. Lose 10lbs this month!
My biggest problem so far is trying to break away from the foods I have been accustomed to eating (fried foods/fast foods). I need to brown bag it EVERYDAY! This keeps me from going out to the various fast food establishments around my work. They are hard to resist, especially the McDonald's French Fry. Although, I have gone to eating a small fry and sandwich (no bread) instead of the full value meal.
This is doable and I will keep the faith!
