Week Two

Honestly Week Two was a bust. I'm not sure what happened, but I totally dropped the ball. I even left days of nutrition un-tracked, which I wasn't going to do.

BUT, I will not let that stop me. I am going to be one of the ones that make it across the finish line. Yesterday started a new day, a new month and a new season (homeschool and the discipline and schedule that brings). Things went well and I will build on this small step toward success.

Next week brings fitness bootcamp. Bring it on. I'm ready. Susan
