I worked last night and tonight. I was able to eat smart and healthy. Takes longer to put the snacks together since I don't want to eat a large meal, but, it seems to be worth it. I have decided to make a new goal for myself and this one will be difficult. I want to stop getting on the scale everyday to see if I have lost any weight. I would like to set up a weekly or semi-weekly weigh in date for myself. I am hoping that this would then allow me to see more of a difference with my weigh in's instead of what I am seeing. I am really proud of the effort I have made so far and I am seeing some positive changes in myself. I have for the record lost 7 pounds but don't want to get to complacent with the way the weight is coming off. I know I am going to eventually hit a plateau and want to be able to continue on with this program even if this occurs. So I think I will go for the semi-weigh in to begin with and work my way up to a weekly weigh in. That is my goal for the next two weeks.
