Ok, today was the first time that I weighed myself since starting SP...I have really been trying hard to stay on track but when you become accustomed to eating certain foods all the time it's not that easy to give them up.
I lost 2 lbs but I feel like I should be doing better...the questions that ran through my mind are: do you really think this is enough? are you putting your all into it? Among others, don't get me wrong I am happy that I lost something but I really don't know if I'm doing enough! It is a struggle and it's hard and it's easy to give up.
So although I haven't quite arrived...I am determined to continue on this journey. I MUST make a change for myself, to be a healthier & happier me.
