Well, I went into SP today and reset my goal to lose weight. I'd like to lose 25 lbs. between now and Christmas. By resetting my goal - that means I'd need to lose 1.5 lbs. weekly from now until then. I've been at practically this same weight for 3 months now. I know it's ME. I'm overeating and not tracking properly.
So I decided to reset my goal and start fresh. I also joined a kickboxing class. I've always exercised at home, but I have a buddy here at work that is so into fitness and she's helped me so much. She joined the class also, so we're going to help each other. I'm really looking forward to it!
The good thing too is that I've completed my yearly physical and blood work and everything else that goes along with checkups and I have a clean bill of health. So, I know my body can handle it!
