Well, since I started here in January of 07 I have had another baby and gained even more weight. The day I gave birth (3/5/08) I was 200 lbs. I had a C-section and was not allowed to start working out for 6 wks which was pretty rough. But 25 lbs came off in the first 2 wks and once I got back in the gym I dropped another 15 pretty fast. I have now gained 10 back and am at a loss. But I'm not giving up. I'm back in the gym and I'm ready to do this. And so I wanted to have SP back in my life because I think that logging everything I do will be the key to my success. I can do this!
