Starting New Goal: 25lbs off by 12/18/08

I am STUCK! it's not a plateau it's me! I snack too much, even on healthy stuff, I'm not tracking regularly, I'm not watching portions, eating out too much. I'm a size 10 that's so far away from where I was before and I'm strong, I can workout for hours, I can run miles and miles, I even signed up for the half marathon in January. I am so much healthier I've become content and that's a dangerous area to be in.

So instead of looking back and seeing how far I've come I'm looking forward.
New goal: 25lbs off by 12/18/08.

That's 1 month before I run the half marathon. I am putting myself on a training schedule. I am committed to getting back to hard core tactics until the last bit of weight it off. I know I can maintain b/c I haven't gained but I need a foot to the backside right now to push me to complete my goals. 3/4 of the way there isn't good enough. I set this goal I want to get there. Too many excuses...too many "one time" things...too many reasons to not get there...stops today...this picture is not my "skinny" pic it's better than it was a year ago but I'm not done yet!!!!
