Ditto to NeedingToLose: if there's one thing I've kind of learned (still working on it) on SparkPeople, it's that you can't do anything about what's already been done. All you can do is move forward, start a new day, and let go of past mistakes. You CAN get back to where you were two months ago. You did it once; it's frustrating to do it again, I know. I'm in the same boat... I was SO proud of the weight that I'd lost, and then I gained five pounds on vacation and have to lose those same pounds over again. Remember how good you felt about yourself when you got there the first time; hold onto that, be proud of yourself, be strong, and let go of the negativity. It will get you nowhere.

One day at a time, you know? Hang in there! emoticon

I hate it when I fall off the wagon. Remember that today's a new day, so start over. All we can look at is now, not the past.

Here is a kick in the but to get you going

    Have a great week.
