I've been out of the gym for a week now and everytime I go regardless if I am religious about it or not I still hate it! I am looking forward to a few weeks from now when one of the staff members at the rec center will be training me on weights. I know how to use the machines but I know I don't push myself hard enough. I have my cardio pretty much under control weights are my down fall. The upside is I am incorporating positive things into my life. I am eating better, drinking more liquids, and getting to the gym more now then I ever have so I have been able to maintain my weight loss in the give or take 5lb range. So, I definitely am making a difference in my goals and lifestyle change. Now, I have to get back on the loser wagon and get another 25lbs off of me and that will put me half way to goal.
Everyone keep plugging away. If I can get my butt to the gym so can you.
