For the last week I have been off and on phase 1, this weekend I am going to go grocery shopping and get myself really prepared for next week so I can have a full "ON" week.
My goal for Oct. 18th is to get down to 155, that's 17lbs I need to lose in 2 months. I think I can do it, I've lost 12 in 1 month before I just need to get my self together, stick to South Beach AND stick to my exercise schedule. It's always one or the other with me and I need to focus on doing both together! I am working at my part time job all weekend so I think I will be able to do well eating b/c I will be busy and not want to eat just b/c I am bored...so in exchange for some waitressing this weekend I am getting 1) exercise, 2) money, 3) the chance to keep busy so I don't eat everything. BTW, I hate all the food at the deli I work at so I won't be tempted! BONUS!
I am still at 172lbs but last week I was at 172.8 and this week I am at 172.1 so I am getting closer and closer to being under 170. I think when I hit 169 I am going to throw myself a private party with some kind of South Beach friendly desserts and not work out that day, maybe I can get a massage..does that count as exercise?
