I'm going to make changes to my plan. Yesterday I didn't get home until 8:30 pm to start making my healthy meal. I hadn't really had any substantial food all day. By then I was too weak to make my dinner. I've decided to have my healthy meal for lunch, because I need the energy earlier in the day. By the time dinner comes around, an IsaLean shake or bar will be good because I'll be going to bed a few hours later anyway.
REVISED MEAL PLAN
WEDNESDAY - IsaLean shake or bar (breakfast and dinner), healthy meal for lunch, healthy snacks
THURSDAY - IsaCleanse, IsaSnacks, almonds
FRIDAY , SATURDAY, SUNDAY - IsaLean shake or bar (breakfast and dinner), healthy meal for lunch, healthy snacks
Minimum of 8 cups of water
