Its very aggravating...On the 11th I joined my local gym and have been going faithfully, in addition to the walking schedule that I have been maintaining for the last 2 months. I thought with the additional elliptical workouts and weight training I would see a difference in the scale. I know its only been a week, but to me, that should have brought about some minor difference... Trust me, the way I feel after 30 to 40 minutes on the elliptical machine I should weigh at least 2 lbs lighter! At this point I'd settle for 2 sticks of butter, but that's not happening either.
Hopefully, next week will be better...I'm going to look over the core program to switch up for the week, perhaps that will give my body the shock it needs to get out of this stagnant mode!
