    I, too, was wondering how to subscribe to your blog but I already get Daily Sparks updates. Don't know if i'm getting all your blog messages; I get so much out of them and like your healthy look and outlook. I say forget the complainers who say you're not healthy enough. What is that Anyway!!

I was reading your blog about your DVDs and those negative comments about how you are not fit enough. I think you look great! and you have the right attitude. I want to have your attitude. Instead I am one of those "obsessed" people. I am not even overweight or unfit! But I think about calories, how many servings of fruits, veggies and protein I consumed, and if I excercised enough CONSTANTLY. Its all I talk about and I give myself a headache to trying to plans meals and snacks with the appropriate amoung of calories. I cant let it go! I go to boxing/weight lifting 3 times a week and now I am struggling to fit in a running schedule into time that I just dont have. By the time I get home from work, walk my dog, eat, do a few chores and go to boxing...I have about an hour left until bedtime. I am 5'2" and weigh 120 lbs. I desperately want to loose only 10 more lbs but just cant shedule in anymore exercise time without starting to wake up at 5 am to do these runs, or staying up too late at night.

The reason why I want to add running is so that I can build up my endurance and be able to run for 30 mins with my boyfriend. He runs all the time and I would love to be able to join him. I thought about getting a bike and starting to use that to get to and from work.

I am driving everyone around me crazy including myself! Can you please offer advice on how you fit in enough exercise without being obsessive and how you have learned to adopt the right attitude towards body image. I need help! I dont want to be obssessed...what I really wanna do is eat an entire pizza and have a cold beer!

    I was first introduced to you on YouTube when I was looking for a jump rope routine...Am I GLAD I brought me to Sparkpeople. Now I have a direction to follow and a plan to meet. Thank you for your videos! They fit with me and I don't feel like I am pushing too hard when I go at your pace.     I will see how this works in time, I am going to try and combined the tow daily. I love your videos. Got one with the starter kit. Do we not get one for buying the book early?? emoticon emoticon
