Starting New Strength Program

Started a new strength program today.
This 3 week session will be M, W, Th, F
30 min of heavy dumbbell weight training
30 min of cardio intervals
Tuesday is Yoga day so that will be the weight off day.
The goal is to use the weights to add some raw strength, then go back to a body weight program to make it functional.
