Last week report card:
Good week overall! Workouts were intense. I did 5 of the 6 planned as one day I was so sore so I tool it easy. On Friday I even did a 6 am yoga class...that's unheard of for me so I am really proud of myself for that. I feel really good....working out is my medicine. I am sure of that!
For weights I am doing the last week of M&F Hers Split Series on Series 2 which is 2 days upper body and 2 days lower body.
Monday - Lower Body Weight Training and 20 minutes HIIT cardio
Tuesday - Upper Body Weights and 20 minutes HIIT cardio
Wednesday - 90 minutes Power Yoga
Thursday - Lower Body Weights and 20 minutes HIIT cardio
Friday - 90 minutes Power Yoga
Saturday - Upper Body Weight Training and 20 minutes HIIT cardio
Sunday - Rest...does a body good!
