Woo Hoo, My family and I are registered for a 5K walk on September 27th. We did it last year when I was heavier. I did ok. I skipped one leg of that walk because I could see the finish line if I went left and I should have gone right to make the final loop. I went left. LOL I am looking forward to this year's walk. I feel so much better and I expect to finish it without any trouble. I also hope to have my weight to 165 by then. That is 9 pounds in 6 weeks. I can do it !!!
