Well, I did not reach my goal of 140 by my birthday - but instead of focusing on what I did not do - I will focus onwhat I did do. I did lose 7lbs in the last 2 months. Slow and steady - this way I know that I will keep it off. I am currently at 148.6. I will never again be in the 150's - without being pregnant-. I have focused on making a lifestyle change with exercise and the foods that I eat. I have another 8-10 lbs that I want to lose and I know that I will get there with my new habits. Everyday is a smaller me. That is the best present that i can give myself!
