Ugh! I am in a slum! Help Help! SO i started a BootCamp training session with two of my other girlfriends to get them going on working out. And we just started last monday. Well this week was going good until yesterday. I just completely lost motivation. I don't know what's the matter, but even though i eat well, i over eat! After every meal these past two weeks, i have been leaving the table with a belly ache because i ate so much, and then once my stomach starts to feel like it's going down, what do i do....I EAT AGAIN! I mean, i am eating salads and fruits, and chicken and all that good food, but just way way too much of it.
How do you stop overeating? I am a girl that needs to be satisfied after a meal. I cannot leave the table and still be starving. So how to i come away satisfied without overeating?
