HELP! I need motivation!

Ugh! I am in a slum! Help Help! SO i started a BootCamp training session with two of my other girlfriends to get them going on working out. And we just started last monday. Well this week was going good until yesterday. I just completely lost motivation. I don't know what's the matter, but even though i eat well, i over eat! After every meal these past two weeks, i have been leaving the table with a belly ache because i ate so much, and then once my stomach starts to feel like it's going down, what do i do....I EAT AGAIN! I mean, i am eating salads and fruits, and chicken and all that good food, but just way way too much of it.

How do you stop overeating? I am a girl that needs to be satisfied after a meal. I cannot leave the table and still be starving. So how to i come away satisfied without overeating?

    One of the tricks that we use in my family is to use a salad versus a dinner plate for a meal. People tend to like a full plate and it takes a lot less to full a salad plate. Once you ate you dinner get up from the table this will keep you from grazing.

    Maybe you are eating more to compensate for not eating what you want. I gained weight very easily when eating around 300 calories worth of fruit after dinner.

Another thing that could be happening is that you are not eating enough during the day and you feel frantic about eating.

If you are eating to the point where you have a belly ache every time, try to slow down and enjoy. Food is great! Don't let it get you down. Some tips:
1. Do not put all the food out on the table. Keep serving dishes around the stove and portion off what you want and then go sit at the table.
2. Have hot tea or hot decaf after dinner.
3. Leave the house immediately after you are done.

Do anything other than continue to eat - just once, just tonight! You will prove to yourself how easy it is to stop eating when you are done. You can do it!
