finally - within range!

yeh!! 1,542 cals eaten!! finally!! well.. i had only *one* main meal today.. no breakfast..went to yoga in the morning.. then not hungry after big lunch..

i know.. i should've eaten short meals..but didn't feel like it today.. it was one of the best indian take home i've had in a LONG time.. even mom loved them all.. and she's quite the connoisseur in cuisine.. especially Indian!

had an AMAZING yoga workout.. i swear.. i probably burned the most cals than i ever have in this session.. imagine hot ashtanga!! flow completely.. and it was tough.. but i DID IT!!! felt sooo awesome during savasasana.. and of course i chanted at the end of class (solo) as usual.. felt very charged and tired at the same time!

haven't walked in a couple of days.. missing that.. i'm planning to do that tomorrow morning first thing.. gotta get my walking done..BEFORE i see the doc.. don't want to weigh more!! after all the gorging i did these past days especially!!

i'm going to find out my blood results and i'm really really nervous!!!!!!

maybe that's another reason of the recent escapades in foodland!! only the scale will know its reality!

cals burned today...am still going to keep my normal avg.. since i don't know otherwise for hot yoga.. and the other activity i did was cleaning (moving boxes around) for about an hour..

so the total comes to: 2531 - wow! surprised.. and happy!

the other strange thing.. and i don't know if this normal.. maybe someone can tell me.. does the cup size reduce first when you lose weight? I just bought these bras last weekend.. and they already feel lose in the cup!! when i bought them.. they were just right! go figure!

anyhow.. i might be adventurous tomorrow.. walk 4 - 5 miles in the am.. then vinyasa in the morning (w/ same instructor as today).. then doc's visit.. then lunch.. then personal training for 60 mins tomorrow... am i crazy?! maybe!

    Keep up the exercise and trying to cut down on sweets.
