Have anyone tried a new program lately? if so how is it and what is your take on it?

    I tried a new program. Well, itís new to me, but not really a NEW program. I just started doing yoga. I used to avoid it because I thought it was sort of whimpy and not an effective exercise. But man, I was wrong. It really does give your core body a good workout. Itís great for strength. I want to do more of it.

Hope you are well. I went to Dr. Ian's 50millionpounds website and he has a 30 day meal plan that seem to be easy I will start on 8/18/08. So check it out if you have a problem I will send you a copy by email. Wish me luck as I wish you the same.
