Time to step it up!

Time to get back on the proverbial wagon... the last week or two I've been slacking! Too much drinking, too many snacks at work (completely unhealthy ones), and not enough moving!

Today I am getting back on track, getting back to the food tracker and trying to motivate myself into motion. With that, I'm getting OFF of this desk chair, stepping AWAY from this computer, and am going to do something with this beautiful day!
