well I only weighed myself this week and im down to 133.6, thats good, almost 3 lbs loss. can only walk and swim, found out I have a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder, no insurance to get it fixed so I have to do things that dont involve to much using my shoulder. in the water it feels good, so I just kick my feet and hold my good arm out to find the wall lol apparently its working tho, but the pool ends the 17 :( can do wii fit as long as I dont have to use the right arm and walking is fine. so im done the swimsuit workout for now.. 13 more pounds and im at my target weight, I love spark! :) hugs to all and good luck with your goals.
