emoticon I have read and reread and I am still confused about what to do and where to do it at. I have narrowed down my categories to 3. I realize that I set goals in different places and this is not working out. How in the world do I just get down to 1 category and figure out the rest after being on the forums for awhile. My goodness. I could spend hours on here.......hmmm(not good exercise!) emoticon

    Here's my advice...go to your nutrition "don't show meal plans". Whatver you eat, enter in "Add food". Once you get the hang of it, stay within your allowances (at the bottom in red). Also, I see you say you're a the bottom of you nutrition page you'll see a "button" that says "see today's full report". There will be a chart at the bottom of that window that shows how you should balance your day between carbs, fats, & protein.
Also use your Fitness tracker to "watch" how many calories you're burning. Just enter your cardio to get some totals. You can also use websites like to get some totals.
