I did very bad this weekend, I drank too too much, I also ate too much. Yesterday I started phase 1 again so I will follow it all week this week and try to get back to normal. I have been having really bad cravings and I feel so tired and run down. I also have not been exercising consistently enough to get that energized feeling again. Yesterday I worked from 7am-8pm, I got in all my veggies (plus 1.5 cups extra) I drank all my water, took a vitamin but I didn't workout so today I am focusing on getting in a good workout (in addition to all the other stuff like eating my 4.5 cups of Vegs and drinking all my water).
Oh well, I am still making good time on my goals...I want to get to 140 by the end of this year so I only have 34lbs left to go and 5 months to do it. I also have some new motivation, a few people have noticed that I lost weight and they have noticed a difference in my confidence as well, I have also been getting hit on my more men lately which is also a huge pat on the back for me so if I can keep the lovely compliments coming than I will keep up my motivation!
It sucks trying to deal with cravings, but so far I have not caved...one guy brought in a blueberry crumb cake and I didn't eat any and I have a lollypop in my desk that I am tempted to eat but I am going to give it to someone else so I don't have to deal with thinking about it. Oh well, it will all be worth it when I can get back into my skinny jeans.
