am back

to journaling.. maaan.. am i still exhausted.. came back last night.. then went in to work early morning..and had a very very busy day!

i was soo constipated this entire weekend while traveling to Penn. & NJ. The one good thing about that is that I can travel well.. except if i'm about to burst.. that's no fun.. and i felt that way yesterday morning.

will write more about my experience later... just going to type in the stats:

oh.. i didn't do cals burned or intake since Friday (including Friday).. since i was on constant travel with family.
but.. i'm pretty certain that i was under my range.. i did well.. except i didn't get enough fluids in on Sat..

have no idea how much weight difference there was on Saturday..will check on Wed..as a mid-week "informal" check..then for sure this Saturday.. hopefully it'll be another move to the left (cross fingers)

anyhow.. back to stats today:

cals intake was 1,509
cals burned was 1,585 (60 mins hard pilates - the teacher actually considered us (including me!!) "advanced" - imagine that!! i was def. flattered..and in no way was i accepting that honor.. good grief.. was the class hard today!! very sore.. but.. was still ambitious..so i stayed back to do about 70 mins of hot yoga.. another great class).

no real dinner.. just a snack - 1 mango and a handful of freshly toasted coconut.. yum!

water: 9 cups (woohooo!!!) will probably drink more through the night.. as i'm feeling sleepy now.. maan.. i can always tell when i'm very tired.. it's when i have to repeatedly go back and modify the words or sentence -..
