resetting my goals today

Have to take care of myself. Nutrient wise.
Starting from tomorrow prepare at least one dish that is not too hot. DH likes it hot, salty and spicy always, and I end up eating less of everything.
Have been trying out more fruits. Now for the raw veggies, the salads..
Sadly, though I like a 'crunch' , its not the crunch of raw veggies.
Not too much into chips and such stuff these days.
Better try my hand at making veg smoothies.. Let us see how it goes.
Still loving my aerobics class. Now I just can't stand the real slow low impact class that comes around once a week when our regular instructors take a day off. That day it is utterly boring.
I use a big glass, holding three regular glasses of water for my H2O intake. That takes care of my daily eight.
Will shop for an exercise band tomorrow. Do they come in different strengths? I'll find out.
Search for an aerobics CD too. Or at least some music fit for aerobics.
Sleep wise, this last week hasn't been too good. Thought I'd got over that particular problem. Had been sleeping well since I joined the gym.
Maybe I need more action! To put myself to sleep.
Abs, here I come.
