but no more. i am going to take care of myself and get my act together. nothing comes easy but i am going to do it. just got on the scale and haven't gained any, but haven't lost either. so here goes.
mom and dad are having so many health problems and i am not taking care of myself right. i wont be any good to them if i don't take care of me!!!
