New Video: How to Use Your Nutrition Tracker

SparkPeople offers so many amazing tools, resources and community features that it can be overwhelming to know how to begin—especially if you're new to the site. We created this new "tutorial" video to show our members how to use their personalized Nutrition Trackers. You'll get step-by-step directions to: add foods, track calories (and other nutrients to track), use your meal plans, and more.

This is a great video to share with people who you tell about the site. If you have a YouTube account, you can add this video to your favorites, comment on it, and even subscribe to the SparkPeople Channel. All of these actions help Spread the Spark so even more people can discover! We hope you enjoy this video!

    I really appreciate the Video's you have made for us. I have seen quite a number and they have helped me not only do the exercises right but see if it is one I can do.
I haven't checked out the Nutrition ones yet and I think I really should as I would probably learn some short cuts to what I have been doing.

    I see that there are MANY YouTube videos posted which are related to a wide range of SparkPeople features.

    Thank You so much for your undaunting waver to continue to make Spark people a place where people want to come and want to lose weight as I have found it's not just weight that is in there way it is life's up and downs as well and here at Calling all Goonies we focus on all of these points to see people make it. I thank you for such a wonderful sight and for everything the spark People staff do to continue to make this a safe place for people to come and overcome there fears about failing or giving up the site provides so many things but most of all it provides a home and home is where the heart is and they have found that and I have found that here.
