It's probably no much to some, but I'm really proud of me. I transitioned from Stage 1 to 2 a few days ago and I also moved plast my recent plateau. I had lost 8 pounds dietin before SparkPeople from January 8 to the 20th, but then I just...stopped. I continued to watch what I ate and exercised (not as regularly as I should have, mind you), but the scale didn't budge and ounce. Then, on March 18th, after being in an almost 2 month rut, I lost 2 more pounds. I started exercising agani today, and I feel GREAT! Granted, I'm not SEEING results, but I'm feeling them, and seeing my progress on my meal and goal trackers is keeping me motivated. Thirteen down, 112 to go. But I'll get there.
