Serious Trouble

Well, for about two weeks now I have been at a major stand still. I haven't been really doing anything. I believe they call it a mental plateau. I haven't been logging, exercising, eating right, even caring. I'm just tired!! When I started SP I was super excited and it was all I wanted to do. I was on SP 20-30 times a day reading articles, looking at other's pages, looking at recipes. Maybe I started at too high of an energy level? Now I don't want to do anything! Read, cook, log, exercise. I know I will get back into it. I'm trying to ease back into it now. I cooked last night and sent an email out and messaged on a message board. Today I wrote this blog on my page. I WILL get there because I want to look good again!!!!! I just hope I can get back to it soon!! emoticon

    I am right with you girl. I wasn't on most of July, only went to the gym once in July and I have been way off track. We can do this and we will do this!
    You are doing great you are down 10 pounds that is a lot farther than me.

    I hear ya, I think I'm in the same boat. After being stuck at the same weight for about 4 months and then gaining while I was sick I have kinda said forget it. I've eaten like crap for the past few days and haven't exercised in over a week. Lets keep each other on track and get motivated again. We can do this!
