I'm doing one of these tonight!

Warm-up 300 Freestyle
200 Kick
100 pull No break except to put fins on
Main Set 5 x 100 freestyle 1:30 to 2:00 minutes depending on fitness level
Kick Set 1 x 100 fly kick
1 x 100 back kick
1x 100 free kick
1 x 50 fly kick
1 x 50 free kick
1 x 200 IM 30 second break between sets

No break between these 50's

Other 5 x 50 ascend
5 x 50 ascend 30 second break between

Warm-Down 1 x 50 freestyle
1 x 50 breaststroke
1 x 50 freestyle
1 x 50 breaststroke

Total = 2400 SC Yards

Warm-up 50% 200 warm-up
Kick Set 70% 6x50's kick with a 20 second rest
Drill Set 60% 6'50's six kick swich 15 second rest
Kick Set 90% 8x25's kick with a ten second rest

Main Set 100% 6x100's free with a 20 second rest
Other 60% 8x25's choice with a 15 second rest
Warm-Down 50% 200 cool-down

Total = 2,000 SC Yards

Ok, I did the second one and only ended up doing 1650 instead of 2000. Still pretty good though, burned 576 cals! Go me!

    Sounds like you've got a good plan. I prefer walking, but that's because I hate wearing bathing suits lol
