Everything is going ok!
I've done my exercise quota (and more) for the week, been eating within my limits, and drinking 8 glasses of water every day.. its not as hard as I thought it would be!
Haven't bought scales yet, i'm onto that tomorrow... Kinda necessary if I'm going to measure progress!
So yeah feeling pretty good, battling with wanting to eat, but it seems easier now I know I need to log it.. and I am NOT going over that limit!
