Wow how time can slip away from you. It's been awhile since I wrote. Im still doing well!! I am down from 170 to 166.8 and I am very happy about this.
I have been making some very little changes along with some very big ones. I have been drinking more water. I am alot more active. I dont just come home and sit and watch tv. My daughter and I walk at night or some other type of activity.
Last night I washed my car. Also cleaned the interior. It was hot and I sweat like crazy. Daughter also cleaned her car and I helped her when my car was done. That was at least an hour of exericse.
Thank you Joy!! Having you as a buddy is really helping. Healthier lunches have made a big difference. We can do this!!
I am focusing on me and what works for me in my life and what changes need to be made to be the person I want to be. Im feeling very positive these days!!
