My Brother wrote, "Good to see you keeping track of yer food, Bobbin. I remain in my vat of lard, but I feel like if I stop writing it down, yins will have to use the jaws of life to cut my 1,000-pound body out of the house."

I'm so glad he wrote that to me today. It's a co-workers birthday today, and in the office are cookies and brownies. I had one of each. Just as I was thinking I blew the whole day, so I might as well eat what I want, I read my bro's comment.

Keeping track of my food, made me realize it's not too late.

He made me realize I have to keep trying NO MATTER WHAT. I keep getting stuck in that "All or Nothing" attitude. My Bro helped me get unstuck.
So Thanks!!!

P.S. I lost ½ pound. Hopefully, I do better next week. I have some challenges ahead. This Friday the family leaves for Myrtle Beach for a week!

Your brother is right -- we must log our food no matter how bad! I am so jealous about you going to Myrtle Beach. LOL My family used to spend every summer there, but I haven't been in 6 years now. Soak up some rays for me while you are there! Congrats on the weight loss! emoticon
